Finance Assistant (part time)
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Finance Assistant to join Futures for Children based at the head office in the centre of Maidstone, Kent. The position is for 25 hours per week with core hours to be worked Monday to Friday.
Joining a small team, your role will be to support the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Assistant in the smooth running of designated offices within the organisation, responding to requests for information and liaising appropriately with staff members and local authorities.Qualified to Level 3 AAT, your remit will include use of Sage accounting, sales, purchase and nominal ledger work, trial balance and bank reconciliation tasks.The salary scale for this post is between £15,668.00 - £20,483.41 per annum dependent on experience paid pro rata at £9,792.50 - £12,802.13 per annum for a 25 hour week.

Apprentice Finance Assistant - 1st Year
Futures for Children group of companies are looking to recruit a full time Apprentice Finance Assistant – 1st year. The position will be based in Maidstone, Kent.This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience working as part of the finance team, under the direction of the Finance Manager.The main purpose of the role will be assisting the department in facilitating the smooth running of day to day operations.
