Why should you choose Futures For Children?

Futures Group was founded in 1999 by 2 foster carers who were also Social Workers. After working with different fostering agencies, they got to see first-hand the support that was lacking from them and decided to build their own fostering agency, one that had all the support and resources a foster carer could need.

At Futures for Children, we aim to equip foster carers with the appropriate skills and training to work with the child in such a way that it facilitates joint growth and solutions which will eventually enable young people to either return home successfully, move on to a more permanent placement, or achieve independent living.

Our Director once said “Ordinary people can do extraordinary things”. Futures For Children strongly believes there is no ‘typical’ foster carer. We like to remind people who are considering fostering that if you have the right requirements and motivation, anyone can be a foster carer.
