It is so important that we listen and hear you, so never be shy or worried about saying how you feel. Equally, we’d love to hear from you if you think we are doing a good job too!

How you are feeling matters!

Most things can be sorted out by talking. If there is anything that you are worried or unhappy about, we have a person who deals with your complaints; known as a “Complaints Officer”. They will help you and make sure that everything is dealt with fairly. You can contact them by telephone or text on 07795 224674.

The Children’s Commissioner for England listens to what children and young people who live away from home have to say about how they are looked after. You can find out about your rights and it is a way for you to be heard.
