Our Easter Bunny Hunt Competition Terms and Conditions

When we run a Facebook or Instagram competition it is important we follow their rules and make them clear to all participants. This is so no one is upset from a misunderstanding and we are not breaking any of Facebook or Instagram's policies.

Futures For Children's Competition Rules:

• Closing date for entry will be midnight 18/04/2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

• A winner is determined by commenting the location in the comments and we will put the comments into a generator to pick a winner at random.

• The competition is run by Fostering Options, Foster Care Solutions, and Futures For Children.

• No responsibility can be accepted for damage to the prizes in transit.

• The prize is as stated in the competition post and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• By commenting on a post with a guess of the location you are submitting a competition entry.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and condition and entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• There will be one winner per company and the prize presented in the photograph along with other Easter-related gifts per winner.

• Prizes will be sent by royal mail signed for service.

• Employees of Futures Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• Futures group reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Futures for Children, Foster Care Solutions and Fostering Options.

• Winners will be chosen at random and notified through Facebook messenger and announced on Futures for Children, Foster Care Solutions and Fostering Options face book page. If the winner cannot be contacted or they do not claim the prize (by a way of a re-sponse on messenger for claiming the prize) within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner which will be chosen at random.

• According to Facebook’s rules, you can only run a contest from a Facebook Page, Group, Event or App. Contests on personal Timelines are not permitted.

• Changes to an event must not result in a misleading or unintended connection and must not substantially change the event.
